The grounds were beautiful. I enjoyed the nature walks available. The staff seemed happy, which contributed to a positive atmosphere. The location proved convenient. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. Items were plentiful and tasty.
I noticed the room next to mine caused some noise. I could hear sounds through the walls. This disturbed my sleep slightly. Additional soundproofing may improve the stay.

The hotel offers a spacious pool with about twenty loungers. I noticed a shaded section available for relaxation; the gym includes three treadmills. I observed two stationary bikes; these are great amenities for staying active while traveling.

lovely groundsgood selectiondress standards
i liked that i could bring my dog. it was very relaxing. the grounds were lovely. the restaurant provided a good selection of food and i enjoyed breakfast very much.
i found that the hotel lacked clarity regarding dress standards in the restaurants, especially when offering spa packages. it would have been helpful if this was clearly communicated upon arrival or in the room information.

i found the gardens beautiful and i imagine they are wonderful in the summer i had a quiet room it got warm a fan was provided the staff were friendly i used the gym it had lots of machines the pool was great and the sauna and steam room were too breakfast offered a buffet with many choices staff ensured things were topped up
the room was basic the carpet was dirty there was no mirror at a table for makeup or hair there were only three small bottles of cheap product in the bathroom and very cheap toilet paper

i liked the excellent breakfast options. there was a large range of different items available and everything was cooked well. the facilities are excellent including the gym, spa, and pool. i enjoyed using them.
i noticed some shortcuts in the bathroom. the loo roll holder wasn't properly fixed to the wall and the spring-loaded holder kept popping out. there was no hand soap provided, so i had to ask at reception.
